Emilia’s goal is to help every client realize their potential and recognize their strengths in their professional life.
She believes that everyone—whether at the beginning of their career or further along—has valuable skills and expertise that they may not even recognize themselves. Emilia helps her clients identify their motivations and develop approaches to make their skills visible in a way that supports their career goals.
She has a background in adult education and career coaching. Emilia also has experience coaching in higher education and is currently conducting research on university students’ experiences with career counseling. One of her key strengths is writing and reviewing job application documents, which has helped many of her clients secure new job opportunities.
With Emilia, you don’t need to hide feelings of uncertainty or self-doubt. Her coaching also celebrates achievements and helps plan the next steps, whether that means graduation, changing jobs, shifting career direction, or deciding to pursue further studies. Sanna-Maria believes that dream jobs are possible and within reach for everyone. She found her own dream career—coaching and communication—through personal experience when she began searching for meaningful work as an adult. This journey led her to Coolla, where she now helps others do the same. In her coaching, dreaming big is encouraged!

In her coaching, she aims to inspire new insights—both about oneself and one’s skills—and to help articulate them clearly. Oona supports clients in reflecting on job searching, career choices, and identifying their own strengths.
She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in social sciences, focusing on work and well-being. Her thesis examines imposter syndrome among university students transitioning into working life. This gives her a deep understanding of the challenges many people face when identifying their skills and building professional confidence during career transitions.
